Epic Coverage provides refunds for certain resort closures that occur during the Core Season (December 7, 2022 through April 17, 2023) due to disease, war, terrorism, and covered natural disasters. If a Qualifying Resort Closure occurs, refund eligibility and amount will vary based on the type of Pass your purchase, your Epic Coverage elections, and the number of days you use your Pass.
If a Qualifying Personal Event prevents you from being able to use your pass, you may be eligible for a refund. Your refund eligibility and amount will vary based on the type of Pass you purchase, your Epic Coverage elections, and the number of days you use your Pass.
The use of your Pass at Partner Resorts or outside of the Core Season, including early season use of EDGE Cards (or other products with similar offerings), will count towards the number of days you have used your Pass for purposes of determining the amount of any refund for which you may be eligible.
