Adaptive Pass Holders can enroll in Auto Renew at the time of purchase.
After purchase or after your Pass is auto renewed, we must verify all new and renewing qualifying documents to activate your pass
- If you have already been approved with a permanent disability, please send an e-mail to VailAdaptiveProgram@vailresorts.com and request your pass be activated.
- If you are new pass holder, please e-mail a copy of your qualifying document(s) to VailAdaptiveProgram@vailresorts.com. We will review your documents and activate your Pass if eligible, OR, you can activate your pass at a ticket window with visual confirmation and/or document eligibility.
Please email VailAdaptiveProgram@vailresorts.com to submit qualifying documents or request your Pass be activated (for Pass Holders who have been approved with a permanent disability) after your pass is auto renewed.
Please note, your Pass will not be shipped until we have verified your eligibility, and you have submitted a photo and signed the Electronic Release of Liability.
