Pass Holders must present one of the following forms of documentation to validate eligibility requirements. Vail Resorts will accept documents emailed to VailAdaptiveProgram@vailresorts.com. Alternatively, guests can present their qualifying document(s) to a ticket window.
- Driver’s license noting eligible restrictions
- Interagency Access Pass or Golden Access Passport (issued by the National Park Service)
- Certification from a private Vocational Rehabilitation or other Counselor that states that the person needs an accommodation
- Request/Documentation from a State Vocational Rehabilitation Agency counselor
- Other State issued proof of disability
- Letter or record from a Federal Government agency that reflects the person has a disability
- Letters or medical notes from physician's/medical professionals that request accommodation
- Service animal certification, pending local resort requirements and guidelines
- For guests who choose to validate and activate their Pass at the ticket window: power mobile device is being used for a mobility disability or visual observation of disability
