How do I renew my Adaptive Pass?

There are two ways to renew your Adaptive Pass: 

Online: Adaptive Passes can be renewed online at EpicPass.com 

Phone: Call 970-754-0005 to confirm your Pass type and pay with a credit card 

If you have already been approved with a permanent disability, please email us at [e-mail] to request your Pass be activated. 

If you are a renewing Pass Holder who has not been approved with a permanent disability, we will need to verify your eligibility, which can be done online or in-person, before activating your pass: 

• E-mail a copy of your qualifying document(s) to [e-mail]. We will review your documents and activate your Pass if eligible, OR 
• Bring your qualifying document to a ticket window and if eligible, we will activate your Pass on-site. 

Please note, Adaptive Passes will not be active until the verification process is complete.
