How do I purchase an Adaptive Pass if I have never had one?

There are two ways to purchase an Adaptive Pass: 

Online: Adaptive Passes can be purchased online at EpicPass.com. Once purchased, be sure to upload a photo to your account and enter a shipping address so your Pass can be shipped prior to your arrival at the resort. Please note, your Pass will not be shipped until we have verified your eligibility, and you have submitted a photo and signed the Electronic Release of Liability. Adaptive Pass Holders can enroll in Auto Renew at the time of purchase. 

Phone: Call 970-754-0005 to confirm your pass type and pay with a credit card. 

Once purchased, we will need to verify your eligibility, which can be done online or in-person, before activating your Pass:

• E-mail a copy of your qualifying document(s) to [e-mail]. We will review your documents and activate your Pass if eligible, OR
• Bring your qualifying document to a ticket window and if eligible, we will activate your Pass on-site.
