Are you new to Epic SchoolKids in 2023/24? Visit a Front Range Epic Mountain Gear location to register in person. Your child/children must be present at the time of registration, and you will need to provide visual verification of your child's school grade during your visit. Acceptable documents include a school report card, school I.D., school transcript, passport, or birth certificate.
You can make an appointment by visiting the Epic Mountain Gear website here and select the "NEW Epic SchoolKids Registration" option. Enrollment for the Epic SchoolKids Colorado Pack is not available at the Frisco Epic Mountain Gear location.
Renew your child for 2023/24: If your child/children has had an Epic SchoolKids Pack in the prior year, send an email to epicschoolkids@vailresorts.com and provide the following information in the email: parent or guardian name, parent or guardian date of birth, email address, phone number, physical address, child/children's name, child/children's date of birth.
Once you have emailed your information to epicschoolkids@vailresorts.com, you will need to make an appointment to visit a Front Range Epic Mountain Gear store to provide visual verification of your child's school grade. Please wait to schedule your appointment until after you receive a confirmation email receipt indicating your child's Epic SchoolKids Pack has been processed. Enrollment for the Epic SchoolKids Colorado Pack is not available at the Frisco Epic Mountain Gear location.
