If you are a renewing Pass Holder and purchased the same pass as last season, continue using your current pass card next season as you will not receive a new card in the mail. If you lose your pass, please go to your local lift ticket window or contact Guest Services at (970) 754-0030.
If you are a new Pass Holder or purchased a different pass from last season, you will have the option during the purchase process to elect to:
- Use Mobile Pass on the My Epic app
or - Receive your physical pass card in the mail after uploading a photo and signing a Release of Liability.
If you elected to receive a physical card but it has not yet arrived, you can download the My Epic app and log into your account to access your Mobile Pass, or bring your Epic Military Pass or Liberty Pass confirmation email and photo ID to any Vail Resorts owned-and-operated Pass Office in North America to have a physical card issued.
The release of liability must have been completed for your Season Pass to be active, and you must have successfully completed the military verification process. If you have questions about your Epic Military Pass or Liberty Pass, please call Guest Services at (970)754-0088.
