Why do I have to go through a verification process?
This offer is exclusively reserved for the people of the United States Uniformed Forces (for the Epic Military Pass and the Liberty Pass), as well as service members from Australia and Canada (for the Epic Military Pass), and their qualifying dependents. To ensure eligibility, we require a military status verification process.
How will verification work?
United States Uniformed Forces Verification process will be initiated within the checkout flow of the military pass purchase. Depending on your military status, this may happen automatically prior to purchase, or there may be additional documentation needed to verify your eligibility. You must verify each pass individually, including any spouses or dependents for all Military Pass products.

What kind of proof is required if I am not instantly verified?
Below is a list of approved forms of military identification:
- DD214
- Orders (should we specify here?)
- VA Service Connect Card
- Official letter – VA
- LES dated within 90 days
- Record Briefs ARB/ERB/ORB (US Army)
- Honorable Discharge Certificate
- NGB form 22
- Retiree Account Statement (eRAS)
- DD1300
PLEASE NOTE: Per Title 18, US Code Part I, Chapter 33, Section 701., military ID's will NOT be accepted as a form of verification.
What happens if I cannot prove my affiliation?
All military organizations give its members some kind of official document that we'll accept, but in the event you are unable to provide us with an acceptable proof of affiliation, we will not be able to verify you and cannot offer you access to the Epic Military Pass or Liberty Pass. Please contact Guest Services at (970)754-0088 to upgrade to one of our other season pass options.
