Why do I have to go through a verification process?
This offer is exclusively reserved for the men and women of the United States Uniformed Forces (for the Military Epic Pass and the Liberty Pass), as well as service members from Australia and Canada (for the Military Epic Pass), and their qualifying dependents. To ensure eligibility, we require a military status verification process.
How will verification work?
United States Uniformed Forces Verification process will be initiated within the checkout flow of the military pass purchase. Depending on your status with the military, this may happen automatically prior to purchase, or there may be some additional documentation needed in order to verify your eligibility. You will be required to verify prior to purchase for all military pass products.

What kind of proof is required if I am not instantly verified?
Below is a list of approved forms of military identification:
- VA ID
- Official letter
- LES dated within 90 days
What happens if I cannot prove my affiliation?
All military organizations give its members some kind of official document that we'll accept, but in the event you are unable to provide us with an acceptable proof of affiliation, we will not be able to verify you and cannot offer you access to the Military Epic Pass or Liberty Pass.
