The pass holder will receive an email when a ticket associated with their account has been redeemed. You will also see the available tickets in your account change once a purchase is made. In the event the pass holder does not have an email on file, an email will be sent to the Head of Household for the account. If you or your friends are utilizing the My Epic App, a notification will display a confirmation of the purchase status of the buddy/Ski With a Friend ticket. Please stay tuned for more information.
