If you are a renewing Pass Holder and purchased the same pass as last season, continue using your current pass card next season as you will not receive a new card in the mail. If you lose your pass, please go to your local lift ticket window or contact Guest Services at (970) 754-0030
If you are new Pass Holder or purchased a different pass from last season, you will have the option during the purchase process to elect to:
- Use Mobile Pass on the My Epic app after uploading a photo and signing Release of Liability.
or
- Receive your physical pass card in the mail after uploading a photo and signing a Release of Liability.
Mobile Pass in the My Epic App uses Bluetooth to allow you to scan hands-free to access lifts. The My Epic App also helps you stay updated with real-time resort alerts, stats tracking, and pass access details, including any restricted dates.
Pass Holders who opt into a physical card can expect to receive their card no earlier than the summer leading up to the upcoming winter ski season.
You may alternatively have your photo taken in person at a Pass office or lift ticket window and have your Pass printed at that time.
