First time Pass Holders who purchased online and Pass Holders who purchased a different product from the prior season will have the option to opt into using Mobile Pass on the My Epic app, or elect to receive their Pass card via mail- this decision happens during the purchase process. Pass Holders will need to upload a photo and sign a Release of Liability to receive their Pass, either physical or digital. They may alternatively have their photo taken in person at a Season Pass office; we can also print their Pass at the office at that time.
Pass Holders who are renewing the same Pass product from a previous season will not receive a new media card in the mail. Your new Pass will be activated the day you sign your Release of Liability in My Account and after your Pass is paid in full or you have selected Epic FlexPay. Passes requiring verification will be sent once documents are received and approved.
