Unused lift tickets are fully refundable until 5 PM MT on the last day of your ticket.
Verification of illness or injury will be required for partially used tickets. To request a refund for an un-used or partially used ticket due to injury or illness, you need to do one of the following:
- Visit the resort ticket window no later than the last day of your ticket by 5 PM MT/PST
- Please contact customer service at (970) 754-0005 by no later than 5 PM MT/PST on the last day of your ticket.
