If you go to the “Pass” or “Lift Ticket” page, the user should see a green checkmark indicating they are ready to access the lifts. If they do not have the proper access for the mountain (for any reason, including the pass is not eligible for the mountain, holiday dates, ran out of EDP days, etc.) the app will indicate that they aren’t eligible for lift access that day and state the reason why or ask the guest to seek out support.
