Simply log-in to the app. The user has to be logged-in to the app for the Mobile Pass feature to work. If a user doesn’t remember their log-in credentials, there is a forgot username and forgot password function within the app.
The user should then go to the “Pass” or “Lift Ticket” tab in the app and see their lift access product. If they don’t see their lift access product, they are most likely logged into the incorrect account, and should use the “Can’t find your pass” link to find the account tied to their pass.
Once a user is logged in to the correct account, they can simply put their phone in their pocket and they should be good to access the lifts.
